EACH PRODUCT MAY HAVE ITS INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTION TIME DEPENDING ON THE DETAIL INVOLVED AND AMOUNT ORDERED. Individual bow orders can expect shipment within 6-10 business days. Small team orders (approx. up to 12-24 bows) Please allow 2-3 weeks to complete your custom order (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION) – not including shipping time.  For orders of 25 bows or more, your production time may be longer depending on detail, materials needed.  Plan your orders accordingly with your upcoming seasons/comps/exhibitions.  All orders begin AFTER payment is received in full – NO EXCEPTIONS.  We will, of course, do our best to get your bows completed in a timely manner – but remember, there is A TON of love and attention to detail involved in our GLITZYBOWS 🙂  So we will, of course, do my our very best!!!!!

Refund & Exchange

Due to the custom nature of our products, GlitzyBows is unable to accept returns or exchanges. Orders which are not personalized or customized (including rhinestone color choices, personalization, birthday number selections, initial/font choices, and other customization) may be authorized to be returned for store credit if return is initiated within 48 hours of delivery receipt, but return authorization is not guaranteed. Personalized and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless an error in personalization was made by GlitzyBows, we will provide customer with a replacement of the product, exactly as originally ordered.

Please check all personalization carefully prior to submitting your order; personalization will appear exactly as you have entered it, including any capitalization and punctuation (unless otherwise specified). GlitzyBows cannot offer returns or exchanges on personalized products due to typos or other customer input errors.

 

In the event that a product is found to be defective upon receipt, GlitzyBows must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. All items must be returned for our inspection before an identical replacement product can be sent. If we confirm that the product is defective, or that a mistake was made by GlitzyBows, we will reimburse customer’s shipping cost for the return, and provide customer with a replacement of the product, exactly as originally ordered. Should we determine that the product is not defective or that the error in personalization was not made by GlitzyBows, but was made by customer incorrectly, the cost of shipping the product to and from GlitzyBows will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Items approved for return must be in original unused condition. This includes but is not limited to: Pet stains, pet hair, odors of any kind including food, pet or smoke, human hair, hairspray. Item must be free of rips, tears and be in perfect, unworn condition. Items must be packed carefully to avoid damage to the product during transit- permanent wrinkles or creases in the garment are unacceptable. If product comes with a tag, tag must be attached to the item. Determination if a return meets this criteria is left strictly to the discretion of GlitzyBows. Returned items not meeting the criteria will be refused and sent back to the original purchaser.

Sample Bows

Sample bows are available for coaches/directors – email us to discuss details – GlitzyBows@Yahoo.com or call us at 239-989-4030. Sample bows take just as long as a paid individual order, which depending on time of year could be 6-10 business days or longer.

Your bow was made with love and I hope that you treat it in the same manner.  It is made with the best craftsmanship and should definitely endure your entire season if taken care of properly and worn correctly.

 

Please DO NOT throw it loosely into your gym bag!!! Please DO NOT pick at any rhinestones, sequins, trim, edges – everything has a breaking point, especially with repetitive actions.

 

Finally…Hair bands DO break, its unfortunate, but a reality!   If your band should happen to break, you can always use it as a tie, in fact, some teams ask for them to be cut and use them as a tie around their already secure ponytail.  Your bow is an accessory to your hair style.  This means your hairstyle should be already complete before the addition of your bow.  GlitzyBows offers the option of double banding your bow for an additional cost.  This way, in case it might snap you will have a back-up!

 

Bows with sequins may get caught in hair and become loose. All bows are guaranteed for one season from purchase date.
